I really don’t know how this obsession got started, but let me begin by explaining it. For some reason I feel this need to bookmark and save all the cool sites on the internet that I find. I use at least 3 different computers during the day and a combination of IE (only when I have no other choice) and Firefox. This would pose a problem if it wasn’t for the wonderful social bookmarking site http://del.icio.us/. I don’t even remember how I found this site, but it is an amazing site. If you don’t know what it is all about well let me explain a little bit.

Basically, del.icio.us lets you save all your bookmarks in one central location. The easiest way to do this is by downloading the plugins for IE or Firefox, but you can also post using the site itself. You tag your bookmarks and add descriptions so you can easily find them in the future. For example, I have a tag called “toread” that I apply to articles etc., that I want to read at a later date. However, I never seem to get around to reading them, but I it makes me feel better knowing they are always there for me to read at a later date.
