I took this photo at the Gardens of the World park in Thousand Oaks. The place is a small park that has examples of different types of gardens from different places in the world. This waterfall was in the Japanese garden area of the park. They also have an Italian, Spanish, and rose garden. It is free to get in and is a nice place to visit for about an hour. Taken with a Canon XSi using a Sigma 10-20mm lens at 11mm f/13 1/8 sec iso 100.
Great photo. Were the other garden places as cool looking?
If you’re ever in North Carolina check out Duke Gardens, real amazing. Went there on vacation a few times. My pictures aren’t as great because of the quality camera I have, but they’re decent for what I paid. Here’s a few of mine (stupid glare on a few) http://profile.imageshack.us/user/link2999/images
I’ve been to NC, but not Duke Gardens. My wife’s parents live near Ashville so I’ve been there a few times. It looks like the gardens are almost 4 hours away from Asheville though so that is probably why I haven’t been there.
Beautiful picture. I run http://www.jennettemccurdysongs.wordpress.com, reviewing your sister’s songs.
Hey Marcus I know you probably got a lot of stuff going on right now, but you have any word on a new update?
