			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lately, I&#8217;ve been looking at <a title="noise ninja" href="http://www.picturecode.com/">noise ninja</a> (a plugin for photoshop that removes digital noise from photographs) because my wife&#8217;s camera seems to take very noisy pictures. Then, I came across this <a title="remove chroma noise" href="http://www.luminous-landscape.com/techniques/chrom-noise.shtml">cool tutorial</a> that shows how to remove the noise without a plugin.<span id="more-15"></span> I&#8217;m going to give this a shot on some photos later today and post the results. Below are the results the top photo is the before and the second photo is the after.</p>
